Terms of Service
Last updated: March 26, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CoreWyre website (corewyre.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or services.
2. Services Description
CoreWyre provides low-voltage security infrastructure design, installation, and maintenance services in the Colorado Springs, Colorado metropolitan area. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- UniFi security camera system design and installation
- Network design, configuration, and deployment
- Access control system installation
- Infrastructure Integrity maintenance services
- CoreWyre Academy training sessions
3. Service Scope & Limitations
CoreWyre is not a monitoring service. We do not actively watch, review, or respond to security camera feeds. Our Infrastructure Integrity service monitors system health (connectivity, firmware, hardware status) — not camera footage or security events.
CoreWyre does not provide armed or unarmed guard services, alarm monitoring, emergency dispatch, or any form of active security response. Our services are limited to the design, installation, and maintenance of infrastructure systems.
The installation of security infrastructure does not guarantee the prevention of criminal activity, unauthorized access, or property damage. Security systems are one component of a comprehensive security strategy.
4. Hardware Ownership
All hardware purchased through CoreWyre becomes the property of the client upon full payment. Clients retain ownership of all installed equipment regardless of whether they maintain an active Infrastructure Integrity subscription. Cancellation of maintenance services does not affect hardware ownership.
5. Pricing & Payment
Pricing for installations is provided via written proposals on a per-project basis. Infrastructure Integrity subscription pricing is as published on our website and may be updated with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. All prices are in US dollars. Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements.
6. Data & Footage Ownership
All security footage recorded by systems installed by CoreWyre is owned exclusively by the client. CoreWyre does not access, store, transmit, or have custody of client footage except during active, client-authorized support sessions.
Clients are solely responsible for the management, retention, and legal compliance of their security footage, including responding to law enforcement requests, maintaining applicable retention policies, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal recording and privacy laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoreWyre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or property, arising out of or relating to the use of our services or installed systems.
CoreWyre's total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
CoreWyre does not assume any duty of care, duty to monitor, or obligation to respond to security events detected by installed systems. The installation and maintenance of security infrastructure does not create a monitoring relationship or an assumption of duty for the security of the client's property or persons.
8. Warranty
CoreWyre warrants that installation services will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Hardware warranties are governed by the manufacturer's warranty terms (Ubiquiti Inc. for UniFi products). CoreWyre does not provide additional hardware warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.
Software, firmware, and AI-powered features are provided by Ubiquiti Inc. and are subject to their terms of service. CoreWyre does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or availability of third-party software features.
