What happens if I cancel my Infrastructure Integrity plan?
You keep all your hardware. Everything we installed is yours — cameras, switches, NVR, cabling. You simply lose the ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and priority support. Your system continues to function; it just won't have proactive health management.
What does the 92-95% remote resolution target mean?
It means we resolve the vast majority of issues without dispatching a technician. Firmware updates, PoE resets, AI zone adjustments, network configuration changes — all handled remotely. On-site visits are reserved for physical hardware issues that genuinely require hands-on attention.
Is this the same as monitoring?
No. We never watch your camera feeds. We monitor system health — device connectivity, firmware status, storage capacity, PoE power delivery, and network performance. This is infrastructure maintenance, not surveillance monitoring. The distinction protects you from Assumption of Duty liability.
How do Recap Credits work on the Platinum plan?
10% of your monthly Platinum payment accumulates as credit toward future hardware upgrades. When you're ready to expand or upgrade your system, those credits apply directly to hardware costs. It rewards loyalty without locking you into a contract.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and only pay the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No penalties, no fees.
