Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 26, 2026

1. Introduction

CoreWyre (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website (corewyre.com) or engage our services. This policy applies to information we collect through our website, email communications, and in-person consultations.

We are a privacy-first company. This commitment extends not only to the security infrastructure we install but also to how we handle your personal information.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Name, email address, phone number, and company/property name when you submit a form
  • Property type and description of your security needs
  • Communication records when you contact us

Information Collected Automatically

  • Browser type, operating system, and device information
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs
  • IP address (anonymized where possible)

Information We Do NOT Collect

  • We do not access, store, or transmit your security camera footage
  • We do not collect biometric data from your security systems
  • We do not share your information with advertising networks

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations
  • To provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • To send service-related communications (not marketing, unless you opt in)
  • To analyze website usage and improve our content
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers: HubSpot (CRM), analytics tools, and hosting providers that process data on our behalf under contractual obligations
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental request
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users

5. Your Security Camera Footage

CoreWyre installs locally-recording security infrastructure. Your footage is recorded to hardware you own, inside your building, on your network. We do not have remote access to your footage unless you explicitly grant temporary access for a support session. We do not upload, store, or process your footage on any cloud service.

Infrastructure Integrity service monitors system health metrics (device connectivity, firmware status, storage capacity) — not camera feeds.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Form submissions are retained in our CRM for the duration of our business relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter. You may request deletion at any time.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].

8. Cookies & Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use our website. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Essential cookies may be used for site functionality (form submissions, preferences).

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
